• The PanPastel Colourless Blender is a medium that can be used for a variety of new effects including increasing transparency and enhancing color “flow”.

  It also has all the characteristics of PanPastel Colours i.e. mixable, erasable, low dust, lightfast and professional artist’s quality.

  BLENDING
  One of the most important and unique characteristics of PanPastel Colours is that they are dry (pastel) colours that can be blended like fluid paints. They “flow” even though they are dry. The new Colourless Blender enhances the “flow” and extends the possibilities of blending with PanPastel. Below we compare different blending techniques.
